Each self contained unit of commercial office space is in the smaller size range, but comes designed for immediate occupancy. Just bring your furniture and phones, and move right in.

The Graybar building is owne and managed by S.L. Green, the largest landlord in New York City. The building as a beautifully restored lobby with a visitor center, and security around the elevators is tight. One benefit of renting office space in this building is that year round you and your co-workers can take advantage of the fabulous retail and dining options on both levels of Grand Central, because the lobby of the Graybar building has direct access to the station (you never have to get wet in the rain again!).

These units are built to the landlord's "platinum" standard - and are well designed and comfortable for the smaller office space user seeking proximity to Metro North and who wants to be in the center of Midtown, NYC. They are perfect or small law firms.

Looking For Space advertises individual offices, units of office space and offices in executive suites that are appropriate for or custom built for law firm use. We specialize in New York City commercial office space that is less than 2,500 sq. ft. We cater to law firms on 2 sides of the table: If you are looking for shared office space in a law firm or the sublease of pre built office space from a law firm, you can find plenty of those in NYC on our website. It is free to search and contact the advertiser and if you need help with your requirement we are licensed real estate brokers that only represent tenants.

If your firm has extra offices or commercial office space available for sublease, we can help you rent that space to other legal professionals. You can "do it yourself" with a monthly listing or we can "do it for you" with an Assisted Listing. Either way you'll be in good hands with seasoned real estate professionals and professional real estate services that are focused on law firms and attorneys.

There is considerable overlap between the Murray Hill and Grand Central neighborhoods.

The neighborhood is largely residential, east of Third Avenue with many townhouses, and a plethora of new residential high -ise construction.  Great restaurants abound, with every amenity one would expect at close hand.  “Korea Town” and “Curry Hill” are 2 areas with high concentrations of ethnic populations, businesses and restaurants at street level.

Shared professional office space rentals are concentrated between Third Avenue and Madison Avenue and rental rates rise as you move towards the north west boundary at 42nd Street and Madison Avenue.  There are several buildings in the Murray Hill / Grand Central area that still cater to small tenants, including:
