We are pleased to announce our most recent "Broker Assisted Listings" where our brokerage staff handles the entire process of promoting, negotiating and executing your sublease assignment - and all the sublessor has to do is be available to show the space to prospects we provide. This aspect of our business is expanding on a National basis and we are able to direct prospects to appropriate listings, and negotiate subleases or licenses for individual offices for rent, all across the country. In fact, we do everything except show your space.

The newest listing is from Tressler LLP in Los Angeles, in the Century City area. (We just successfully completed a 4-office leasing assignment for them in Manhattan and they subsequently awarded us our second assignment with their firm this year.) The Los Angeles Space is located at 1901 Avenue of the Stars on the 4th floor and it consists of 4 windowed offices that are 14'5" Long X 9'5" Wide. The asking price is $1,400 per month for each office. There are also 2 workstations available as well. The second new listing that was recently assigned to our Broker Assisted sublease division is located in Chicago at 55 West Monroe Street on the 12th Floor in beautiful space offered by Stahl | Cowen. As an example, we recently rented space in Manhattan for Tressler LLP.. It consisted of 4 windowed offices and support and file areas at One Penn Plaza near Penn Station in Manhattan. It had panoramic views of New York City and offered furnished offices in move-in condition. We rented the space to another law firm, and they actually moved into the space within a month of the initial posting. This was a bit atypical, in that it happened so quickly, but the point is that you never know who is "Looking For Space" when your listing is launched. Sometimes it will sit for awhile before prospects start inquiring, and other times the response is immediate.
