Also, a benefit of registering is being able to "Save" your favorite listings to your own account dashboard, as well as keep track of conversations you're having with various sublessors.

If your firm has extra offices available for sublease and you'd like to attract an appropriate professional to rent your offices, you can advertise on a Principal to Principal basis on our website and interested parties will contact you directly by telephone or email. In New York City, our monthly listings start at $199 - which gives you a full page, search engine optimized internet presence - instantly - that you can use to attract appropriate professionals to discuss your available office space. The basic listing includes unlimited text and photographs, as well as office space highlights. You can choose to not display your Name and Number and/or your Building Address - but we caution those with a requirement for anonymity that this will decrease the number of inquiries you receive.
