If you have a law office space available for sublease, you can list it on our site for $75 per month.  We will enter all your data and images, and we will optimize the text of your professional commercial real estate listing for search engine visibility.  Lawyers who are looking for space will find your ad on the Internet, and contact you directly.  The listing party receives and responds to all calls and Emails, and negotiates their terms and conditions with prospective tenants.

As of today, we have over 20 active listings in Manhattan – both Midtown and Downtown.  We invite Law Firms with available offices in Nassau County and Westchester County to submit their listings, as these are new areas that we have just opened up for promoting offices available for sublet from Lawyers to other Attorneys.  The first 5 listings submitted in Westchester and Nassau Counties will get their first month FREE.

We also list space for Brokers, Agents and Landlords – if the space was “purpose built” for a law firm, or previously occupied by attorneys. We offer real estate professionals a direct line to Lawyers who are looking for new office spaces for their firms.  And best of all – you contact them directly.  There is no middle-man in our process.  The only thing we do is help you promote your space directly to lawyers.  We charge a single monthly fee for a listing and there are no other charges or fees or commission.  Our job is to introduce you as a principal controlling space, to legal principals who seek new space for their firms.
