1) Monthly Listing Fees: – Submitting your listing does not obligate you to a long term contract.  You can cancel your listing any time in the first week of the billing cycle.

Listing Fee For Space In MANHATTAN:

1. List up to 2 offices and 2 workstations for $99.00 per month.
2. List additional windowed offices:  add $39.00 per month each.
3. List additional interior offices:  add $25.00 per month each.
4. List additional workstations:  add $15.00 per month each.
5. “Feature” your listing, so it floats to the top of the multiple listings page:  add $50.00 per month

Listing Fee For ALL OTHER CITIES

1. List up to 2 offices and 2 workstations for $39.00 per month.
2. List additional windowed offices:  add $19.00 per month each.
3. List additional interior offices:  add $9.50 per month each.
4. List additional workstations:  add $4.75 per month each.
5. “Feature” your listing, so it floats to the top of the multiple listings page:  add $20.00 per month

2)  Payment Terms

• Monthly listing fees are payable in advance by check or credit card.We will send you a bill when your listing is posted.  Please pay your monthly bill upon receipt.
• You will receive a new monthly bill, until you cancel your listing – and listings can be cancelled in the first week of any billing cycle for a full credit or refund.
• You will be notified by email with a link to your invoice & secure account payment area
• You can pay your bill securely online by credit card, by phone with your credit card, or by mailing a check to:LookingForSpace.com

3)  Cancellation:

• There is no minimum term for your listing
• You can cancel your listing at any time.  Just contact us by email or call our Manhattan office toll free:  (877) 918-3636 Ext. 101
• If you cancel your listing in the first week of any renewal period, you will receive a full refund or credit – as appropriate.

4)  Automatic Listing Renewal:

• Your listing will renew each month
• We do not initiate recurring credit card payments unless you instruct us to do so.

5)  Serviced Law Office Suites

• If you manage a professional law office suite, that contains a minimum of at least 10 windowed offices, the monthly listing fee does not apply.
• Serviced Law Office Suites pay a “Success Fee”, in lieu of monthly fees, when offices are rented to a tenant that came to you through the LookingForSpace.com website,
  or who was referred to you by us.
• The “Success Fee” is due and payable when the tenant pays the first month’s rent
• The “Success Fee” is calculated as:  10% (ten percent) of the rent for the first year.
  

6) Your Satisfaction – We Only Want Happy Clients – and we don’t want money from people who don’t remit it gladly:

• We intend to provide a value added service for law firms seeking to rent extra offices to attorneys and other professionals.
• We only wish to collect fees from satisfied customers
• If you have any issues of satisfaction, you can cancel your listing at any time.
