We charge $149 to start a six month Assisted Advertisement
Plus a fixed percentage of the rent, (with a $149 credit for the initial charge):
The Advertising Success Fee is:
- 10% of the first year's rent due upon occupancy by a tenant we introduced
- 5% of the second and third year's rent (if any) due at the beginning of each of those two years while the tenant remains in occupancy.
