She represents individual and closely-held businesses in federal and New York income, estate and gift tax matters. A large part of Ms. Clark's practice is the formation and maintenance of small insurance companies for closely held businesses located throughout the U.S. In 2006 Ms. Clark drafted captive insurance legislation for the Caribbean Island of St. Kitts. LISTINGS CAN BE CANCELLED IN THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT DASHBOARD OR BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY WITH THE WORDS "CANCEL LISTING" IN THE SUBJECT LINE. LISTINGS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON THE MONTHLY ANNIVERSARY FROM THE INCEPTION DATE IF NOT CANCELLED PRIOR TO THAT DATE.
The Company will not be liable or responsible for any payment whatsoever that may arise in connection with a real estate transaction (or any other transaction) resulting from the use of the Content on the site.
