We divide the Manhattan business districts into 3 main submarkets. They are defined below with the various districts that comprise them. You can search on NY-Manhattan to see ALL listings. To reduce the amount of information you are presented, choose a submarket, and to further refine your search choose a specific district within the submarket. Each choice will reduce the total number of listings you are viewing.
NYC Manhattan Market
Midtown Submarket: 40th to 60th Streets / East River to Hudson River
- Columbus Circle: 50th to 65th Streets, Avenue of the Americas to the West Side Highway
- Grand Central: 38th to 47th Streets, 5th Avenue to Second Avenue
- Plaza District: 47th to 65th Streets, Avenue of the Americas to 2nd Ave, and 48th – 65th Streets, 2nd Ave to FDR Drive
- Times Square: 42nd to 50th Streets, Avenue of the Americas to the West Side Highway, and 40th to 42nd Streets, 7th Ave to 9th Ave, and 42nd to 47th Streets, 5th Ave to Avenue of the Americas
Midtown South Submarket: Below 37th St, East of 5th Avenue, and below 42nd Street West of 5th Avenue, to Canal Street, River to River
- Chelsea: 12th to 30th Streets, 5th Avenue to the Hudson River
- Gramercy Park: 12th to 30th Streets, Avenue of the Americas to the East River
- Greenwich Village: Houston Street to 12th Street, Avenue of the Americas to the East River
- Hudson Square: Canal Street to 12th Street, Avenue of the Americas to the Hudson River
- Murray Hill: 30th to 38th Streets, 5th Avenue to the East River
- Penn Plaza / Garment District: 30th to 42nd Streets, 5th Avenue to the Hudson River (not including 40th-42nd Streets, 7th to 9th Avenues)
- SoHo: Canal Street to Houston Street, Avenue of the Americas to the East River
- TriBeCa: Houston Street to 12th Street, Avenue of the Americas to the East River
Downtown Submarket: Below Canal Street, River to River
- City Hall: Bounded on the East from the FDR Drive between the Manhattan Bridge and the Brooklyn Bridge, and on the West along Church Street between Canal Street and Vesey Street
- Financial District: Bounded on the East by the FDR Drive between Maiden Lane and State Street, and on the West along Broadway to Liberty Street
- Insurance District: Bounded on the East by the FDR Drive between the Brooklyn Bridge and Maiden Lane, and on the west from Liberty Street up Broadway and Park Row to the Brooklyn Bridge
- World Trade Center: Bounded on the West by the Hudson River from Murray Street to Battery Park, and on the East From Battery Park up Broadway to Vesey Street, and up Church Street, bounded on the North by Murray Street.
