Doorman building, second floor & contemporary desigh - 2 elevators - 24/7/365. No long term commitment necessary, 30 day notice to move out.

Shared conference room and waiting room, no restrictions on use - we just check with each other for conflicts. You can even have an intern work out of the conference room part time at no extra cost!

Microwae, small fridge, water cooler, coffee maker etc. all supplied at no charge to tenants.
