A Slow Season For Executive Suites

This has been a slow summer in the Executive Suite industry in New York City. If you speak to various "brands" of executive suites here, a lot of the site managers feel the same way and nobody seems to have an immediate answer to the problem of too many empty offices and not enough renters.

The corresponding segment of the shared office space market in NYC doesn't seem to be subject to the same downward pressure - other than that produced by languishing for the last 2 weeks in August, which is typical on an annual basis.
