Our client is a Family Office that is looking for 4 furnished offices for sublease in the Grand Central neighborhood. The offices have to be adjacent to each other and the workstations have to be immediately outside. Ideally the sizes would be apportioned as:
1 Senior partner office
2 Junior partner offices
1 Associate office (can be an interior room if at least 140 sq ft)
with 2 workstations
The possession date is flexible and the tenant would like a 3-year term (or longer)
It would be ideal if the adjacent offices were in a corner of the premises with a modicum of privacy within the larger office.
