Minutes from Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and various subway, bus, and train stations. Our office is in a strategically placed location that will essentially provide for every need. The interior office can hold approximately two people, comfortably hold work-place sized desks and is fully equipped with air-conditioning. There is room for storage space as well as full access to a conference table. Our building has 24-hour security and we have a shared fully functional kitchen. The interior office size measures up to 150 square feet. The sublease is available for up to four years, but with certain restrictions can be month-to-month.
