The City Hall neighborhood is directly south of SoHo, from Canal Street and the Manhattan Bridge to Church Street on the Western Boundary and the FDR Drive on the east.  The Southern boundary is directly above the Insurance district running along Vesey Street, up Park Row and immediately south of the Brooklyn Bridge access lanes.  New York City Hall is the centerpiece between Broadway and Park Row and Chambers street.  It is a National Historic Landmark, and is the civic center of Manhattan.  It houses the office of the Mayor as well as the New York City Council.  This neighborhood often blends with the Tribeca area.
