If you do not agree to the Company’s Terms of Use, you are not authorized to use the Service.
Throughout the course of a real estate transaction, it may become necessary for a party to enter or access a commercial property in-person, which raises the possibility of potential liability resulting from exposure to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
By entering the property or permitting a party to enter the property, you acknowledge that there is an assumption of exposure to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and any and all consequences that may result from such exposure, including but not limited to, physical injury, psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss.
By using the Service, you hereby acknowledge and assume such risks and/or potential consequences.
The Site contains Customer Submitted real estate Listings and Company edited blog entries containing information and/or data derived from the Listings (the “Content”). By submitting any information to the Company, through the service or otherwise, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by all of the Company’s Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time without notice.
YOU (THE CUSTOMER) AGREE TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SUBMISSIONS, ENTRIES OR POSTINGS, AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF POSTING OR PUBLISHING THEM. FURTHER, YOU WILL NOT PUBLISH ANY FALSE OR DEFAMATORY INFORMATION THAT COULD DAMAGE THE COMPANY OR ANY OTHER PARTY.
THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT AFTER ANY LISTING IS MANUALLY ENTERED OR MODIFIED BY THE COMPANY AT THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST.
THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE, DELETE OR NOT TO PUBLISH ANY LISTING OR SUBMISSION AT ANY TIME, AT THE COMPANY’S SOLE DISCRETION, WITHOUT NOTICE.
Listing service for SHARED PROFESSIONAL OFFICE SPACE is offered on a month to month subscription basis, or a success fee basis where available. Fees vary by location. Listings automatically renew each month, in advance. Listings can be cancelled anytime. If a monthly listing is cancelled in the first three (3) days of any renewal period, a full refund will be issued for the current charge.
EXECUTIVE SUITES, LEGAL SUITES, COWORKING and PRIVATE SPACES are subject to a different fee structure. Please inquire.
The Company will not be liable or responsible for any payment whatsoever that may arise in connection with a real estate transaction (or any other transaction) resulting from the use of the Content on the site. The Site and its Content DOES NOT offer employment to any broker or agent. Any commission offered by a listing party is subject to a separate written commission agreement satisfactory to and executed by the parties thereto.
As a Customer, you agree to Opt In to our occasional email updates, and receive such updates to the email address used for the contact information on your listing. You can Opt Out of the list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link on the email.
The Customer, as a condition of using the LookingForSpace.com website or service, waives any right to receive or recover any amount from the Company, under any legal theory or concept. Customer shall indemnify the Company (and it’s officers, directors employees and agents), and hold each of them harmless from and against any and all costs, damages or losses by any of them (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) as a result of a claim by any person other than Customer arising from Customer’s use or application of the Services or Content.
You agree not to upload, post, or Email, content to or through the Site, or use any portion of this Site or its content in a manner that is unlawful, libelous, false, misleading, vulgar, or offensive. Your content published through the Site will not infringe on any copyright or trademark, and you will not transmit anything you do not have the legal right to transmit.
You agree that you will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state any account registration information, and that your postings will not violate any applicable local, state or national law, rule, regulation or ordinance, including local real estate practice or brokerage laws.
