CASE 1:  Monthly Fee Only:  We charge $49 per month for Broker listings outside of Manhattan. 

You will appear on the listing and receive the inquiries.  There is no other obligation to us other than your agreement to our Terms of Use.

As a courtesy, we will draft and enter the listing for you and after you sign up Your Client, we'll ALSO send you a $50 Amex Gift Card to say Thank You for the referral.

CASE 2: Advertising Fee When Rented (no fee up-front):  We charge you or your client the Advertising Fee of $375 per room, when rented to a tenant we introduced.  You will appear on the listing and receive the inquiries.  As a courtesy, we will draft and enter the listing for you and after you sign up Your Client, and offices are rented, we'll send you a $50 Amex Gift Card for each room rented, to say Thank You.
