We are an individual office rental platform, or a “matching service” to find subtenants for offices available for sublease. Professionals search our site for individual offices for rent within someone else’s office space.

Our listings encompass a wide variety of professional practices. Legal,business and health care professionals advertise extra offices on our website.

The advertisements are tailored to reach specific professional categories – and the advertiser receives the inquiries by email or phone.

The listing process is transparent. There are no hidden or undisclosed fees.

Renting

Renting extra offices to other professionals can be accomplished with no intermediary. Our website provides all the tools you’ll need to make direct contact with appropriate professionals to share you space with.

You can do it yourself, and we’ll provide free technical and creative support to get your online advertisement up and running. We can even edit it for you – for free.

The site provides paid advertising service and free searching. All listings are presented on an equal basis in chronological order.

You will receive and respond to all inquiries from your listing, as well as show your space, vet the subtenant, and negotiate your terms and conditions.

It’s always free to look for space on our website.

If you’re looking for shared professional office space, you can view all of our listings without obligation.

You can find individual offices available for sublease (or license) within specific professional practices or industries. You can search further for practice specialty categories as well.

You can contact appropriate advertisers by email through their listing.

If you take a moment to register we will display the advertiser’s name, company, phone, and suite #. You’ll also be able to save “favorite” listings in your account.

Advertising

We offer 2 types of “do it yourself” advertising service.

1. Do it yourself and pay monthly.  Cancel anytime after the first month.

2. Do it yourself and pay a success fee “when rented”.  (The longer it takes, the lower the fee.)

In New York City we also offer an “Assisted Advertising” option, where the professionals at LookingForSpace.com will do everything required to rent your offices.  When possible we will meet the prospect and show them the space.

This insures that all inquiring parties will receive a uniform, professional, and timely response from a real estate professional familiar with your space and the transaction range you expect. It also relieves you of the responsibility to answer inquiries quickly, incorporating a real estate professional’s knowledge base

We charge a fixed fee when your offices are rented, calculated as:

10% of the first year's rent plus
5% of the second year's rent if any, plus
5% of the third year's rent if any.

  • We will draft and distribute an “agreed upon” term sheet to both parties, when you decide which subtenant will share your space
