Small office space professionals are available behind the scenes to offer advice about sharing commercial office space

You contact the person that actually "controls" the space.  Usually the sub-landlord.  The "role" of the person you're directed to is shown in the listing.

You have no obligation to register - but if you do we'll give you an account dashboard to preserve your communications with the advertisers.

 

2.  If You're Renting Extra Offices To Others (Click To See A Sample Ad)

When you are ready to share your space with other professionals, we can introduce you to appropriate parties who are looking for new space to rent, within the premises of a larger firm or practice.

You can choose a monthly subscription listing or a commission only ad where you pay only when space is rented to a party we introduced to you.

We offer a do-it-yourself monthly subscription service that can be used by principals or the brokers that represent them, in the following categories:

  • Law Firms looking for shared legal office space

  • Accounting & Financial Firms looking for shared business office space

  • Media, PR and Advertising Firms looking for shared media offices

  • Tech and Startup Companies looking for flexible shared space

  • Medical Professionals and Dentists seeking shared offices, procedure rooms, and part time office space.  We'll match you with appropriate practices.

In New York and some other cities we also offer a "Commission Only" plan.

With this plan option,  we will interview you, photograph your space and measure the rooms, provide rental comps, and write your listing.  We then receive and respond to all inquiries for you.  We'll do everything required to get your space rented, except attend tours - you will show your space at times convenient to you.  We will set up the appointment for you.

Commission Only service is offered in other cities where we have affiliate brokers that handle the local transactions. 

You pay your local broker when your offices are rented by a party we introduced to you.
