There are 2 legal suites in formation, managed by attorneys for attorneys (and appropriate financial professionals.

Available December 1, or sooner, is a 16 office suite on a tower floor of a newer "A" building in the East 40's, about 2 minutes from Grand Central Station. The suite has windows facing 3 directions, including river views from one side. There are partner and jr. partner/sr. associate rooms available and all of them have great natural light.

This is a furnished, move-in condition situation, fully wired, where all you need to do is plug in your computer and phones - and you're in business. There will be a full time professional receptionist to meet and greet your visitors. There are 2 large, windowed conference rooms (1 with amazing river views) which will be used on a shared, by sign-up basis. The space is modern and the total term of the sublease will be 4-years. The standard 10 x 14's are in the range of $3,000 per month and contiguous groupings are available.

The second serviced legal office situation, available March 1, 2019, is on Third Avenue in the high 40's in a Class A building - with good views and light. This is a larger suite where offices are available on a long term basis. The host attorney has a 10 year occupancy so if you make this your firm's new location, you have the opportunity not to have to move for a long time.

This is a newly refurbished modern suite where the offices have modern furniture (but you can bring your own if you wish). Contiguous rows of up to 20 windowed offices, interior offices or workstations are available. The offices range from Corner Partner with river views, to standard associate with good views and light. This is a very bright, happy, functional location that also has full time professional reception services as well as on-site management. Admins will be available for secretarial work on an hourly basis and of course the license comes with mail service, copy/sca /fax, kitchen and lunch room, etc.
