Managed Office Providers

Managed office inventory changes quickly. These standards exist to keep listings accurate and to ensure the marketplace remains attorney-appropriate and reliable.

• Listings must provide a legal-industry appropriate environment.
• Accepted inventory includes windowed offices, interior offices, team rooms, and workstations.
• We do not accept coworking listings.

The standard monthly listing fee of $25 per location is waived for managed office providers. In lieu of the fee, providers are required to complete a brief update form every 30 or 45 days (as scheduled) to confirm listing accuracy.

A 10% success fee on the first year’s rent applies to successful matches involving managed office providers.

LookingForSpace reserves the right to remove listings or restrict access when behavior undermines marketplace integrity, including repeated failure to complete required updates or persistent stale inventory.

• We do not negotiate terms, prepare documents, or advise on deals.
• Participation requires ongoing accuracy, responsiveness, and eligibility compliance.

• Listings must describe real, currently available offerings.
• Photos must fairly represent the space.
• Pricing and terms should be stated clearly or marked “upon request.”
• Availability changes must be updated promptly.

• Professional, direct, and responsive communication is required.
• Claims about availability and pricing must be accurate.
• If an inquiry is not a fit, a timely decline is preferred.

Providers with attorney-appropriate inventory may submit individual listings or bulk uploads of listing data. To coordinate setup and the recurring update schedule, contact us.
