Modern Offices For Rent (high ceilings, bright exposures, wood floors, exposed ducts etc.)

Lots of Sunshine in a modern space facing South, with 2 very nice offices for sublease. There is a large common work area and table outside the offices.  There is room for a couch and table in the corner office and the rooms have a really good feeling of volume.

This is a sublease from a law firm that includes several filing and storage cabinets outside of the offices. The reception area is immediately off the elevators with a full time receptionist to meet and greet your visitors - and if you wanted your own entrance, there is a second door to the hallway that leads directly to these offices. There is also a very good signage / identification opportunity by the entrance. There is a large conference room with video screen available as required.

The Host firm is a busy real estate practice - and all low traffic practice areas are welcome to see the space.

This space s relatively new, modern construction with exposed ceilings and duct work. The furniture can be made available and the offices are ready for immediate occupancy. Order your internet and phones - and move right in.

Murray Hill Facts

Murray Hill is a Manhattan neighborhood with boundaries between First Avenue and Madison Avenue, east to west.  It runs north to south from 42nd Street to 34th Street and this area encompasses a large number of commercial office buildings between Third and Madison Avenues. There is considerable overlap between the Murray Hill and Grand Central neighborhoods.

The neighborhood is largely residential, east of Third Avenue with many townhouses, and a plethora of new residential high -ise construction.  Great restaurants abound, with every amenity one would expect at close hand.  “Korea Town” and “Curry Hill” are 2 areas with high concentrations of ethnic populations, businesses and restaurants at street level.

Shared professional office space rentals are concentrated between Third Avenue and Madison Avenue and rental rates rise as you move towards the north west boundary at 42nd Street and Madison Avenue.  There are several buildings in the Murray Hill / Grand Central area that still cater to small tenants, including:
