CDC GUIDELINES
Masks are required upon entry to the
building. The lobby has clearly delineated
social-distance markers, and each elevator
operates at a safe, two-person maximum
capacity. Common areas (elevators,
bathrooms, hallways) are wiped down and
sanitized multiple times a day, and the toilets
are self-flushing. Hand sanitizer and gloves
are readily available in the suite.
The office suite has an ample waiting area.
The guidelines stipulate that visitors wait six
feet apart.
ALL OFFICES ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT ON
A MONTHLY BASIS
PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME OCCUPANCY:
On a daily basis, the rental for each
individual office is
$375 per month for 1-day per week,
$700 per month for 2 days per week,
$900 per month for 3 days per week,
$1200 per month for 4 days per week
and
$2000 for 5 to 7 days a week.
