Here's an unusual twist on the shared office concept.  An attorney subleases an office from a CPA firm in the Chanin Building.  This attorney comes into the office every day, but also leaves every day at 12:45.  The fractional portion of is sublease that is being offered is full time occupancy, after 12:45 in the afternoon on Monday through Thursday, and the office is available all day on Friday (and Weekend).
