This is a nice bright space that is perfectly located on top of Grand Central Station and of course has interior access directly to the station from the lobby of the building. If you're on one of those trains, you'll never have to go outside in the winter! There is also signage on the front door.

The office will be delivered unfurnished and in move-in condition (the current photo was taken while the existing subtenant was still in the suite. Of course, all items will be removed and the offices will be professionally cleaned.

Murray Hill is a Manhattan neighborhood with boundaries between First Avenue and Madison Avenue, east to west.  It runs north to south from 42nd Street to 34th Street and this area encompasses a large number of commercial office buildings between Third and Madison Avenues. There is considerable overlap between the Murray Hill and Grand Central neighborhoods.
