Built in 1969, this almost 2 million square foot steel and glass skyscraper is was built by Fisher Brothers in 1969. It is located on the blockfront beetween 54th and 55th Streets at the north end of Corporate Row. The building has 30 passenger elevators and the office space has ceiling heights between 12'1" and 14'11". Fisher Brothers staff is on site 7x24x365. The floor sizes are between 27,683 and 44,021 rentable square feet each.

The building is Platinum Level Wired Certified and telecommunications providers include: AT&T, Charter, Cogent, Level 3, Lightower, Lightpath, Verizon Business and Zayo Group. There is a project underway to install a Distributed Antenna System ("DAS") which will offer wide bandwidth for wireless devices in the building.
