			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The first month of 2012 is nearly over, and looking for space has seen a decent uptick in the numbers of lawyers looking for shared law office space in Manhattan.  We&#8217;ve recorded a number of Success Stories for December and January, and we remain optimistic that a good number of Manhattan attorneys are competing for the available shared law office spaces for rent.</p>
<p>We estimate that approximately 17% of all Manhattan law firms engage in the subletting of extra offices to other attorneys or professionals.  In the sector of law offices that encompasses the 2 &#8211; 12 lawyer firm, about 30% of the firms are renting offices to attorneys or other professionals who are not part of the primary practice that holds the lease to the space.</p>

(except in Manhattan, where listings cost $75 per month).   We will enter all your data and images, and we will optimize the text of your professional commercial real estate listing for search engine visibility.  Lawyers who are looking for space can find your listing on the Internet, and contact you directly.  You (or whomever you designate as the listing contact)  receives and responds to all calls and Emails, and negotiates their terms and conditions directly with prospective tenants.</p>
<p>We have over 60 active listings in Manhattan &#8211; both Midtown and Downtown.  We invite Law Firms with law office space available for sublease or direct lease in Washington DC, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego to submit their listings, as these are new areas that we have recently opened up for promoting offices available for sublet from Lawyers to other Attorneys. <strong>The listing service is FREE in all new markets, and will remain FREE until we have sufficient traffic in that market to justfy a modest monthly fee.</strong></p>
