Q: Do you charge commission when my space in my law firm is rented?

A: No. Law Firms pay a monthly listing fee for our law office space promotion services. The listing fee varies with the population of your city. When you fill out the “Add Listings” form and choose your location in step 3, the correct prices will populate the list. As an example, the listing fee in Philadelphia for up to 2 offices and 2 workstations is currently $39.00 per month.

Q: Can you help me enter my listing?

Q: What if I don’t see my city on your list? Can I still list with you?

Yes. Enter your listing material and we will add a city (or state) for you – and we will optimize your listing for that new market.

Q: Will you write the text of my listing and make it look good?

A: Yes, that’s our job. All you have to do is describe the space to us in detail, and upload your photos

Q: Who gets the leads?

A: All inquiries go directly to the listing party’s specified contacts. You receive and respond to all calls and E-mails. We do not retain any site user inquiries or data (other than the quantity and quality of views your listings receive) – maintenance of contact records is the responsibility of the listing party.

Q: What should I take pictures of?

A: Generally, our readers like to see a shot of the office looking “in” from the door, and looking “out” towards the door. If possible include: the view from the office, workstations, the hall to the office, the conference room(s), reception area, pantry etc. You want to give the reader a good “feel” for your offering. The more pictures the better. If you can, include a shot of the building exterior and lobby. [We will crop and size your photos for you]

Q: Can I just Email you my space flyer?

A: Yes. You can send it to: Listings[at]LookingForSpace[dot]com (Please substitute @ for [at] and . for [dot]) Frequently we are able to copy photos from your website, if that’s what you instruct us to do.

Q: Will you include my floor plan?

A: Yes. We can use any appropriate collateral material you provide.

Q: Will you publish my listing without photos?

A: We will, but we strongly suggest at least one photo be attached to your listing. Our experience shows that listings with multiple photos perform much better than listings with no photos at all. (A floor plan depicting the space listed will be accepted in lieu of a photograph. We can also take images from your space marketing flyer – or we can download them from your website.)

Q: What is Search Engine Optimization?

A: The process of “fine tuning” the content of your listing, so it appears higher in the search engine’s natural listings (also known as “Organic SEO”)

Q: What if I’m not happy with the results?

A: We only want happy customers who refer us to their business associates.

We will refund your first month’s listing fee if you are not fully satisfied with our service for any reason. No questions asked (but we’d appreciate hearing your concerns so we can improve).

Q: Can a Landlord list space with you?

A: Absolutely. The only requirement is that any space listed must be specifically designed for occupancy by Attorneys or Law Firms.

Q: Can a Broker or Agent list space with you?

A: Of course. You can indicate yourself and your associates (up to 3 total contacts) as the recipients of all inquiries – and we will bill either you or your client, as specified, for the monthly advertising fees. The listing contacts can be designated “Agent” and the space can be defined either as a Direct Lease or Sublease.

Q: I run a Serviced Office Suite. Can I list my space with you?

A: Yes, we list space for Law Office Suites and Professional Office Suites seeking attorneys as tenants. Law office suites do not pay a monthly fee for advertising, but they do pay a 10% Success Fee for any offices rented to tenants referred to them by our website.

Q: How can I elevate the visibility of my listing?

A: We offer a “Featured” listing that “floats” your listing to the top of the multiple listings page with a red “Featured” flag, as well as display it randomly on the Blog Home Page for your market. You can also participate in our twice monthly “Email Blast” that displays featured listings to over 3,000 attorneys on our mailing list, with a brief description of your space, a photo, and your full contact information (plus a hyperlink back to your listing on our website).
