The Site contains Customer Submitted real estate Listings and Customer submitted “Situations Wanted” ads, responses thereto, and blog entries along with responses thereto (collectively, the “Content”).  By submitting any information to the Company, through the service or otherwise, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by all of the Company’s Terms of Use.  The Company reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time without notice.

YOU (THE CUSTOMER) AGREE TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SUBMISSIONS, ENTRIES OR POSTINGS, AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF POSTING OR PUBLISHING THEM. FURTHER, YOU WILL NOT PUBLISH ANY FALSE OR DEFAMATORY INFORMATION THAT COULD DAMAGE LOOKINGFORSPACE.COM OR ANY OTHER PARTY.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE OR NOT TO PUBLISH ANY SUBMISSION AT ANY TIME, AT THE COMPANY’S SOLE DISCRETION, WITHOUT NOTICE.

The Company will not be liable or responsible for any payment whatsoever that may arise in connection with a real estate transaction (or any other transaction) resulting from the use of the Content on the site.  The Site and its Content DOES NOT offer employment to any broker or agent.  Any commission offered by a listing party is subject to a separate written commission agreement satisfactory to and executed by the parties thereto.

The Customer, as a condition of using Content from the site waives any right to receive or recover any amount from the Company, under any legal theory or concept.  Customer shall indemnify the Company (and it’s officers, directors employees and agents), and hold each of them harmless from and against any and all costs, damages or losses by any of them (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) as a result of a claim by any person other than Customer arising from Customer’s use or application of the Services or Content.

You agree not to upload, post,  or Email,  content to or through the Site, or use any portion of this Site or its content in a manner that is unlawful, libelous, false, misleading, vulgar, or offensive.  Your content published through the Site will not infringe on any copyright or trademark, and you will not transmit anything you do not have the legal right to transmit.

You agree that you will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state any account registration information.  Your postings will not violate any applicable local, state or national law, rule, regulation or ordinance, including local real estate practice or brokerage laws.

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT AND INFORMATION ON THE SITE. ALL CONTENT AND INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND THEREFORE SHOULD BE VERIFIED PRIOR TO ITS USE. SITE CONTENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR WITHDRAWAL AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
