SPACE DESCRIPTION
We are a small law firm, devoted to IP and commercial litigation. We are seeking someone with a compatible practice.
Our office is located on the 49th floor of the Empire State Building. The building is fully staffed and open 24/7. There are food options in the lobby, along with a Starbucks and a Walgreens pharmacy. The building also has a tenant only gym, for a $35 per month fee.
In our suite we have one fully furnished, private office, approximately 9 x 13, with a great view. The office is furnished and equipped with a dell computer and printer and a ShoreTel phone system, but can be delivered vacant.
Along with the private office the tenant will have access to a conference room that comfortably fits 6, and a pantry. There is also an office grade copier/scan/fax machine and paper shredder available for use.
