You have no obligation to register – but if you do we’ll give you an account dashboard to preserve your communications with the advertisers.
2IF YOU’RE RENTING EXTRA OFFICES TO OTHERS
When you are ready to share your space with other professionals, we can introduce you to appropriate parties who are looking for new space to rent, within the premises of a larger firm or practice.
You can choose a monthly subscription listing or a commission only ad where you pay only when space is rented to a party we introduced to you.
Option One
Monthly Subscription
We offer a do-it-yourself monthly subscription service for Law Firms that want to rent extra offices to attorneys or other professionals.
Add unlimited text and photographs. Update your content as you wish. Interested parties will contact you by phone or email.
You schedule your tours, show the space, vet prospects, and negotiate the terms of your sublease, with no intermediary. This is a recurring monthly subscription that can be cancelled any time.

Option TWO
COMMISSION ONLY
If you only want to pay for success, and you’d like some help getting your offices rented, our Commission Only plan offers assistance with several aspects of the process. Pay only when your new tenant moves in.
We will interview you and write the listing. We will also receive and respond to all telephone inquiries and set up tours according to your schedule. We will help you vet the prospect and negotiate your terms.
All you have to do is send us photos and show your space, and draft the sublease (license). We will do everything else for you!
