The office has a high ceiling and windows that open out onto a deck, which runs the perimeter of the suite. The deck is accessible from the reception area. The suite has four offices and a conference room, An additional conference room is available adjacent to the penthouse suite.

The space is ideal for a professional who is locating in the Bay Area and needs an office in downtown San Francisco and/or needs an office away from home for concentrated work and focus. The suite is a very quiet, congenial place to work.

Additional facilities include an en suite bathroom, reception area (unstaffed) and conference rooms, as noted.

WIFI and telephone service is included. Security deposit is required to cover furnishings (desk, chairs and wall hangings). Price on request. Will also consider short-week rental at reduced price. Minimum commitment is through August 2016.
