Instructions

If you are looking for space:

  • View all listings for free - you don't have to register
  • Send messages directly to the advertiser for offices that interest you
  • From the Home page click the "View Listings" button to view all of the available offices in the designated Market
  • To get more specific (fewer) results, refine your search with the "Submarket" and/or "Space Type" drop down. Your results will filter each time you make a new choice
  • Registered users get more:
    • When you register you can view the full contact information for the advertiser (unless they've requested anonymity). Contact information includes: Name / Firm / Phone
    • You'll get an Account Area where you can save "Favorite" listings, and keep track of your conversations with advertisers.
    • You can request updates, so that when new listings that match your search parameters are added to the system you will be notified immediately

If you want to advertise extra offices:

  • Click the "ADD YOUR LISTING" text at the top of any page on the website
  • Choose your plan:
    • The Standard Office Listing gives your available office(s) an instant online presence with a full page, search engine optimized listing - with unlimited photos and text.
    • The Featured Office Listing adds preferred website placement, and exposure at least once a month on an email blast to your entire Market area
  • Follow the prompts to:
    • Enter your basic contact information
    • Enter basic information about the offices being advertised
    • Describe the particulars of each office including dimensions and price
    • Add your Listing Title and Description
    • Add Photos
      • Order your slide show by clicking (hold the button) and dragging the photo up or down. The top photo is the "main" photo for your listing.
      • "Drag" the cropping tool to decrease the area of your photo that is displayed (Click "Crop and Save")
      • Edit the text
      • Add or Delete photos as required
    • Pay for your listing and view it "live" on the Internet
  • In the future, just log-in to your "Account" and click the appropriate tabs to:
    • Edit your listing or photos at any time.
    • Review payments and update payment method
    • Track analytics - how often your listing has been viewed
    • Respond to inquiries - and keep track of your responses
    • Cancel your listing
    • Report a problem / request a feature / let us know how we're doing!
    • Renew or modify a prior listing - or add a completely new one

If you don't use credit cards online, you can also pay by check - please call to set that up.
