The Grand Central neighborhood of Manhattan runs from 36^th Street to 47^th Street between Fifth Avenue and the East River, with the focal point being Grand Central Station at 42^nd Street.  This is one of the most active commercial real estate leasing districts in NY, and it encompasses approximately 55,000,000 rentable square feet of Class A and B office space in the east Midtown area.
