It would require an annual commitment for 2 or 3 days, and we wouldn't be able to pull the trigger for occupancy until both parties had been secured. Your occupancy would be exactly the same as if it were a Monday - Friday situation only you wouldn't be able to leave any personal items outside of your locking file drawers. It involves a little clean up at the end of each day, but both parties should face a blank slate every time they use the office.
