If you are looking for a 2-day office or a 3-day office, I might be able to help you with that at this location.  It would require an annual commitment for 2 or 3 days, and we wouldn't be able to pull the trigger for occupancy until both parties had been secured.  But, this would mean that you get a specific, permanent office - on a part time basis.  Your occupancy would be exactly the same as if it were a Monday - Friday situation only you wouldn't be able to leave any personal items outside of your locking file drawers.  It involves a little clean up at the end of each day, but both parties should face a blank slate every time they use the office.  And, in Covid times we could also provide separate phone handsets for each user.
