Attention Midtown NYC Law Firms With 6 Extra Offices For Sublease:

If your firm has extra offices, we have an established law firm with excellent financials that is looking for space.

They need 3 partner size offices and 3 associate size offices - all windowed.  Additionally 1 interior office for admins and 2 workstations for paralegals

Ideally located in the West Side between 23rd and 40th Streets.  If on the East Side, between Park Avenue and Fifth Avenue in Midtown up to 51st St.

They require move in condition space with high end finishes and furnishings.  Shared conference room and pantry use and access to copy/scan/fax machines.

Signage for 2 entities is also required

A 5 year sublease or direct lease term would be ideal

We don't often publish a "wish list" for our clients, but we're seeing a lot of space that is available for sublease but not being actively marketed as such.  Accordingly, we thought this entry might reach a firm with office sublets available for other lawyers - that had adopted a "wait and see" attitude with respect to their extra offices.

I'm hoping this entry will cause a law firm with available offices not yet advertised to respond in confidence.  I'm not selling anything - I simply represent a firm with a very definite and immediate requirement and I'm having trouble satisfying it because the majority of our listings are for 3 offices or less.

This might appeal to a larger firm that doesn't want to advertise vacant rooms - or at the same time it could appeal to a smaller firm occupying about 3,000 sq. ft. of space with a 6 office layout plus conference room, wet pantry, copier area and reception area.
