- We will receive all inquiries and respond to them professionally
- We will set up inspections at your convenience
- We will negotiate your rent, terms and other conditions with the prospect
- We will provide input during the vetting process, and help you choose the right subtenant
- When we have completed these tasks we will send you and your attorney a detailed term sheet
- And after your tenant has moved in we offer continuing care throughout the entire tenancy for advice on any issues concerning tenants we introduced to you.
We charge $149 to start a six month Assisted Advertisement
Plus a fixed percentage of the rent, (with a $149 credit for the initial charge):
The Advertising Success Fee is:
- 10% of the first year's rent due upon occupancy by a tenant we introduced
Plus: - 5% of the second and third year's rent (if any) due at the beginning of each of those two years while the tenant remains in occupancy.
You are free to source your own tenants with no obligation to us - and we'll still provide advice while your listing is active
