Both offices have 2 windows, and they are about 140 sq. ft. each.  The rent is $2,500 per month including Wi-Fi, full time reception service, conference room use, kitchen. B&W/Color Copies extra.

The space was recently renovated and features a windowed conference room immediately off the reception area, plus 2 additional conference rooms which are all available as needed, by just signing up.

This is a Class-A (Resnick) Plaza District office building with excellent management and security.  It is truly one of those buildings that's a pleasure to walk into with an inviting, open lobby.  The 16th floor offices offer very good light and nice city views.  They are available for immediate occupancy with a 1 year minimum term.  The "Host" law firm has 9 years remaining on their lease.  Individual office leases are renewable with a 3% per annum cumulative increase in the base rent.

Many small and solo practitioners who abandoned NYC during Covid have now come to the conclusion that having a place to work outside of their homes is essential.  While in-person work week has generally shortened across the board, it's become evident to many that WFH only "works" on a part time basis and having a workspace elsewhere provides a boost to productivity.
