We visited the space recently and the walls are going up but at the moment was not necessarily photogenic. The building has an extraordinary amenity floor with beautiful seating areas, coffee bar, cocktail bar, board rooms and perhaps the nicest expansive outdoor terrace for tenant use that I have ever seen. The space is perfect for employees to bring lunch or simply take a break. The facility is ideal for the occasions when you are hosting larger groups of guests.
After viewing the space and finishes I can easily state that this will be one of the most prestigious managed locations in Manhattan for the discerning tenant that wants brand new space in a completely renovated building with a high value amenity floor included. This space is a full floor in the building with wrap around fully planted terrace, cafe and cocktail bar for snacks and drinks and coffee.
