This is a great building for law firm use because of the large windows on 4 sides. The upper floors have fabulous views especially in the westerly direction with full on River perspective and lots (lots!) of sunlight. In fact, most tenants pull the blinds to some degree in the summer months because with loads of light also comes a higher heat load - but if you like bright space, this is an excellent building for you to consider.
